Had an amazing time with friends! We loved the access to the water parks and the cool activities like volleyball on the beach. The games room with billiards was a hit too! The staff was helpful, and the food was decent, making it a great spot for families and friends vacationing together.

Although we had a great time overall, the internet was pretty slow throughout our stay, which made it challenging to stay connected.

Just a decent option for a date night in Hurghada, great for the money. The food was fresh and varied across all six restaurants. Bring some cash for the Olympic pool since access isn't included.

However, the beach, although beautiful with sandy areas, requires a shuttle for access, and the aqua park's floor tended to be excessively hot and slippery, posing safety concerns for the kids. Overall, while the food was varied and delicious, including standout sandwiches, the outdated room quality affected our overall experience.

The staff showed exceptional friendliness, particularly Chef Mohamed Abdel Moniem, who attended to every detail during our stay. Manager Mr Hany Shahin displayed professionalism and worked hard to ensure a pleasant experience for all guests.

We had a fantastic time at the resort! The kids loved the aqua park, and the friendly staff made our stay memorable, especially the helpful room service. The food offered a great variety, from delicious grilled dishes to fresh seafood, which we enjoyed every day. A minor improvement could be more shaded areas around the pool for better comfort during sunny days.

I loved that the hotel was only about a kilometer from the beautiful Hurghada Grand Aquarium, which was perfect for family-friendly adventures, and we also enjoyed taking leisurely strolls to the nearby public beach just under 4 km away, where the scenic views were just breathtaking.

The Standard Double Room was comfy. The staff did housekeeping well, and I loved the cute towel figures waiting for us each evening. The mattress and pillows were great, making it easy to get good rest. Sheets and towels smelled clean, too. However, the internet was a bit slow at times. it mostly worked only near the reception. Overall, we felt comfortable during our stay.

The hotel’s décor radiated warmth, creating a cozy atmosphere, perfect for relaxation. The accessible pathways made it easy for seniors like me to enjoy the beautiful surroundings without any hassle. Truly a delightful stay!
